1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" means the baba8 website accessible at https://baba8.io, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sports betting interfaces, account management areas, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the baba8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by baba8 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Real-Money Funds" means BDT amounts deposited by the Player via an approved payment method and cleared into the Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as Real-Money Funds.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by baba8 policy.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the procedures and controls applied by baba8 to detect and prevent financial crime.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the baba8 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every interaction you have with the Platform — including browsing the game lobby, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, placing bets, requesting withdrawals, and contacting customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Age Requirement

The baba8 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. It applies regardless of the Player's location, the type of game being played, or the amount being wagered.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Players are required to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed and, in certain cases, before deposits above specified thresholds are accepted. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the Player's name and mobile number).

baba8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if required by our AML procedures or if account activity raises verification concerns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the baba8 Platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — are prohibited. baba8 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered Account may be permanently closed and any balances therein forfeited.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The baba8 Platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local law. baba8 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on baba8, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must also select a secure password and agree to these Terms & Conditions at the point of registration.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. baba8 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player. If your personal details change after registration (for example, change of mobile number or residential address), you must update your Account information promptly by contacting our support team.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time SMS codes, or account access with any other person. baba8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as activity conducted by you, unless you have previously notified baba8 of unauthorised access.

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact baba8 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). baba8 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.4 Account Currency

All baba8 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process. All game stakes, bonus amounts, and withdrawal requests are displayed and processed in BDT.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baba8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of supported payment methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to revision by baba8 at any time without prior notice. Enhanced limits may be available to verified Players with a positive account history.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed on average within 10 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer, subject to the receiving bank's cut-off times. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. baba8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if AML triggers are detected on the Account.

5.4 No Platform-Side Transaction Fees

baba8 does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request in a withdrawal is the amount sent to your payment method. Note that your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside baba8's control.

5.5 Own Account Requirement

All payment methods used on your baba8 Account must be registered in your own legal name. Depositing via a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. baba8 will refuse withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified name on the Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

baba8 offers promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry dates are stated clearly on each promotion page. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

baba8 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close an Account if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit a promotion; or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in a promotion's terms. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will be treated as forfeiture of the prior bonus unless otherwise specified.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the baba8 Platform is governed by the rules published within the game interface or market page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating. In the event of a dispute relating to game outcome or rules interpretation, the Game Provider's certified game logs shall be the definitive record.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with baba8's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, which are published in the sports betting help section.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, power outage, communication failure, or software error that affects a game round or bet, baba8 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. baba8 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits apply per game round, per bet, and per day, and vary by game and betting market. Where a single game round or bet produces a payout exceeding the applicable maximum win limit, only the maximum win limit amount will be paid. Maximum win limits are displayed within each game lobby and sports betting market.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baba8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and notification of relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or display glitches in any game or betting market for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, rummy, or any other multi-player product;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime via the Platform;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether under your own name or any alias) to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against deposits made to baba8;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing baba8 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

baba8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We provide the following tools, accessible to every registered Player from the Account settings panel at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic session warnings and forced logout after a pre-set playing duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During a cool-off, account login is suspended but the account remains registered.

baba8 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. baba8 will permanently suspend any Account where evidence of underage access is identified.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the baba8 Platform — including but not limited to the baba8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio (as licensed from Game Providers), written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of baba8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, screen-scraping, or commercially exploiting any content or software on the Platform without the express written consent of baba8.

11 Privacy & Data

baba8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal and financial data is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support. baba8 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with Game Providers and payment processors to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

All data transmitted between your device and the baba8 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baba8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baba8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment;
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by the Player themselves during registration or KYC;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has not notified baba8 promptly;
• Decisions made by Game Provider software that have been certified by independent testing laboratories as compliant with published RNG standards;
• Any taxation liability arising from winnings — Players are solely responsible for understanding and discharging any tax obligations applicable to their gambling winnings under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits baba8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by baba8

baba8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, AML trigger, or financial crime; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; identification of duplicate accounts; underage gambling; or any other conduct that baba8 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or to other Players.

13.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure for cause, baba8 may forfeit the Account balance in full where the closure is a result of prohibited conduct or fraud. Where closure is initiated by the Player or by baba8 for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of final KYC checks.

13.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally before the Account is closed.

14 Amendments

baba8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the registered address on the Account. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated on the updated Terms page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in relation to online gaming.

baba8 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair-play certified game software. baba8 does not make any representation as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside its operational scope. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation in online gaming under the laws of their jurisdiction.
